ARES Vietnam Conducts ISO 9001:2015 Certification Audit at POLARC CO., LTD.

In the paint manufacturing industry, effective coordination among departments and clearly defined responsibilities contribute to stronger management performance. ISO 9001:2015 provides a framework that enables organizations to structure their processes, monitor performance, and continuously improve their quality management systems.

Against this background, on September 22, 2026, POLARC CO., LTD. conducted an ISO 9001:2015 certification audit with the direct participation of the ARES Vietnam audit team.

ISO 9001:2015 AUDIT ACTIVITIES

The ARES Vietnam audit team assessed the conformity and effectiveness of the quality management system by reviewing documented information, interviewing relevant personnel, and observing actual operations on site.

Key areas reviewed during the audit included:

Reviewing the scope and processes covered by the quality management system.
Checking the methods used to receive and control incoming raw materials.
Reviewing the control of production stages and product inspections against applicable technical requirements.
Reviewing the identification, control, and handling of nonconforming products.
Checking the management of relevant monitoring and measuring equipment.
Reviewing product identification and traceability in accordance with applicable requirements.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE AUDIT

The audit was conducted according to plan with active cooperation from the relevant departments. The audit findings provide a basis for POLARC to identify the areas that should be maintained and further improved within its quality management system.
