ARES Vietnam Conducts the Second ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit at KAISER 1 & KAISER 2 (Vietnam)

On October 20–21, 2026, ARES Vietnam conducted the second surveillance audit of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 at KAISER 1 and KAISER 2 (Vietnam).

As part of the post-certification surveillance cycle, the audit aimed to verify continued conformity with the standard’s requirements and assess the effectiveness of the Quality Management System in daily operations.

KEY FOCUS AREAS OF THE ISO 9001:2015 SURVEILLANCE AUDIT

During the audit, ARES Vietnam’s audit team focused on the following key areas:

Production Process Control and Finished Product Quality:Reviewing the implementation of control measures at each production stage, inspection activities, and the extent to which established quality requirements are met.
Document Control, Record Management, and Information Traceability:Assessing the establishment, updating, storage, and retrieval of production-related information to ensure completeness and facilitate verification when necessary.
Nonconformity Management and Corrective Actions: Examining how nonconformities are identified and addressed, how their causes are determined, and how the effectiveness of corrective actions is evaluated to reduce the risk of recurrence.
Monitoring, Measurement, and Improvement: Reviewing the collection, analysis, and evaluation of performance results to identify areas requiring adjustments and opportunities for improvement.
