ISO CERTIFICATION AUDIT PROCESS IN ACCORDANCE WITH INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS

In line with the agreed audit plan, ARES Vietnam conducted the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certification audit at ELECO Vietnam Co., Ltd. The audit was carried out in full compliance with the principles of independence, objectivity, and consistency.

The audit scope was initially implemented at Production Workshop No. 1. It focused on evaluating the conformity and effectiveness of the management system through document review, observation of actual operating conditions, personnel interviews, and verification of relevant records. Key audit areas included quality control throughout production processes, management of environmental aspects, and the identification and control of occupational health and safety risks.

Based on the findings recorded at Production Workshop No. 1, ELECO’s management system was assessed as operating in a stable manner, demonstrating consistency between policies, procedures, and actual implementation. This assessment also served as the basis for expanding the audit scope to Production Workshop No. 2, ensuring that standard requirements are applied consistently across all production activities.
