The training content was developed around practical situations arising from the company’s manufacturing operations, with a focus on:

Clarifying the structure of ISO 9001:2015 and its relationship with the furniture manufacturing process chain
Analyzing quality control throughout all stages of production, from material receiving and component processing to assembly and final product inspection
Identifying common risks in furniture manufacturing, such as dimensional deviations, lack of coordination between processes, or inconsistent inspection criteria
Defining the role of each department in maintaining output quality and minimizing the occurrence of nonconformities

Through a training approach combining two-way discussions and the analysis of specific scenarios, KOMET’s personnel gradually developed a process-based quality control mindset. As a result, coordination among departments became clearer, contributing to the reduction of waste and the limitation of unnecessary corrections and rework activities.
