The audit program was conducted directly on-site by the ARES Vietnam expert team. The audit process focused on reviewing the level of establishment, implementation, maintenance, and improvement according to the requirements of both standards.

1. ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System Review

For ISO 9001:2015, the ARES Vietnam expert team focused on reviewing the following key contents:

• Control of raw materials, production processes, equipment, molds, and stages related to product quality.
• Quality inspection, monitoring, and evaluation during the production of plastic components and accessories.
• Methods for controlling non-conforming products, handling errors, and implementing corrective actions.
• Quality records, operating procedures, quality objectives, and evidence of actual implementation across departments.

Through this audit, the enterprise can review the effectiveness of its quality management system implementation in production, thereby identifying areas for continuous improvement to enhance product and operational stability.

2. ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Review

For ISO 14001:2015, the ARES Vietnam expert team focused on reviewing the following key contents:

• Identification of environmental aspects and assessment of impacts arising during production.
• Usage of raw materials, plastic pellets, chemicals, electricity, compressed air, and related resources.
• Management of wastewater, solid waste, plastic scraps, and other sources generated at the factory.
• Level of compliance with environmental protection obligations and related customer requirements.
• Records, operational control procedures, and evidence of actual implementation across departments.

Through this audit, the enterprise can gain a clearer understanding of the effectiveness of environmental management in production, thereby identifying areas for improvement.

RESULTS AND SIGNIFICANCE

The ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certification audit program at Good Mark Industrial Vietnam Co., Ltd. was implemented on schedule, with active coordination between relevant departments and the ARES Vietnam expert team.
