To meet these requirements, on 15–16 April 2026, Nam Liong Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) implemented an ISO 9001:2015 certification audit program under the ARES Taiwan system framework, with the direct participation of the ARES Vietnam expert team on site.

ISO 9001:2015 AUDIT ACTIVITIES

Within the program, the ARES Vietnam expert team conducted a comprehensive assessment of the conformity and effectiveness of the quality management system currently applied at Nam Liong (Vietnam).

The audit focused on operational capability throughout the production chain, as well as the company’s ability to control output quality. Key review areas included: Key topics included:

• Reviewing control mechanisms from incoming raw materials, processing stages, to final product completion
• Assessing quality monitoring activities, nonconformity handling procedures, and management of nonconforming points
• Examining the level of compliance with internal documentation systems and consistency of implementation across departments

Through the audit process, factors related to transparency, traceability, and process control effectiveness were carefully reviewed to ensure compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

RESULTS AND SIGNIFICANCE

The results showed that Nam Liong Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) has established a relatively well-structured quality management system foundation. Roles and responsibilities among departments are clearly defined, while effective control over production processes is consistently maintained.

Notably, the company demonstrated a clear commitment to continual improvement through proactive reviews, process optimization, and enhanced operational efficiency. This is a key factor in strengthening competitiveness and meeting the rising expectations of international markets.
