ARES Vietnam Conducts ISO 14067:2018 Product Carbon Footprint Audit at Di Hung International Co., Ltd

Di Hung International Co., Ltd. (GOLDWELL CO., LTD) is an enterprise operating in the manufacturing of industrial components, with more than 21 years of experience in production organization and system operation.

Throughout its operations, the company has progressively focused on improving its management system, enhancing operational efficiency, and meeting the increasingly stringent requirements related to environmental management in industrial manufacturing.

ISO 14067:2018 AUDIT ACTIVITIES

In line with its orientation to strengthen environmental management and progressively enhance transparency regarding product carbon footprints, Di Hung conducted the ISO 14067:2018 audit on December 18, under the audit program of ARES Taiwan, with on-site implementation in Vietnam by ARES Vietnam.

Within the scope of the audit, the following key technical activities were carried out:

◾Establishing the audit scope for groups of metal, plastic, and wooden industrial components within the existing production lines.

◾Reviewing the technical assumptions and emission factors applied during the quantification of product carbon emissions.

◾Verifying the conformity of the quantitative approach with the methodological requirements of ISO 14067:2018.
